> IHP57 (hockeypro57) is Hungary's leading ice hockey development academy, founded by former Hungarian national team player Attila Orbán. Based in Hungary with camps in Budapest, Dunaújváros, and Szombathely, IHP57 provides training camps, player placement to international leagues, mentor programs, and career development for ice hockey players aged U8 through adult.

## What is IHP57?

IHP57 is a professional ice hockey development academy operating in Hungary. Founded by Attila Orbán - a former Hungarian national team player and professional athlete - the academy serves players from U8 to adult level with a structured, internationally-oriented development system. The organization's legal entity is Force Academy Kft, registered in Dunaújváros, Hungary.

## Services

- **Training Camps**: Summer and seasonal ice hockey camps in Budapest, Dunaújváros, and Szombathely. Small groups, professional coaches, on-ice and off-ice sessions. Ages U8–U25.
- **Player Placement**: Assistance placing Hungarian players in AAA/AA North American teams, USHL, NAHL, NCDC, USPHL junior leagues, NCAA Division I/III, ACHA Division I, and European professional leagues. Every placed player receives a PPRP (Professional Performance Review Plan).
- **Mentor Program**: Structured development tracking, draft and tryout preparation, foreign academy placement (Finland, Sweden, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria). Limited enrollment per season.
- **Career Development**: Video analysis packages, individual development plans, sports nutrition, mental preparation, and career management.
- **Trainings**: Individual (1 player), small group (2–4), and large group (5–12) on-ice sessions. Position-specific coaching for forwards, defensemen, and goaltenders. Dry-land conditioning.
- **Parent Development Program**: Structured advisory program for parents of young hockey players covering athlete direction, club decisions, and long-term development mindset.
- **Grundhoki Series**: Weekend 3v3/4v4/5v5 no-contact matches in Budapest, April through August, for U8–U14 players of all genders.
- **IHP57 League**: Season-long tournament series with U8, U10, U12, U14 age groups. Draft-based team formation each tournament. 12 tournaments and approximately 40 matches per team per season.

## Founder

**Attila Orbán** is the founder and head of development at IHP57. He is a former Hungarian national team ice hockey player and professional athlete with extensive domestic and international coaching experience. He works as head coach and skill coach for multiple Hungarian clubs, including as skill coach at MAC Academy (MAC Budapest). He specialises in player development, player management, and international placement.

## Notable Alumni

- **Karsai Ferenc** (born 2009) - Jokerit U18 AAA, Helsinki, Finland. Youngest member of the Hungarian U20 team that won the Division I/B Ice Hockey World Championship in Milan. Ranked 19th in Finnish U18 scoring with 4 goals and 27 assists in 30 games.
- **Czabafy Mátyás** (born 2011) - Jokerit U16 AAA, Helsinki, Finland. Named best defender at an Espoo tournament. Targeting the 2029 NHL Draft.
- **Veréb Hunor** (born 2013) - HPK Hämeenlinna U13 AAA, Finland. Placed 3rd at the 2025 Riga Cup with a Finnish select team; competed at the 66th Pee Wee Cup in Québec.
- **Csaba Levente** (born 2011) - HPK Academy U16, Hämeenlinna, Finland.
