MENTOR PROGRAM
Ice hockey, as a complex sport, demands many challenges and perseverance from players in order to develop.
Through our mentor program we track the development of players, ensuring they have the right opportunities to join teams and showcase themselves at drafts. We also place special emphasis on helping our talents reach foreign ice hockey academies and specialised boarding schools.
A network of coaches, scouts and partner academies across multiple countries provides the connections that open doors for players. We don't just give advice - we actively work alongside every player and family throughout the entire process.
Our goal is for mentor program participants, regardless of age, to reach the highest level of ice hockey.
HOW IT WORKS

Every player is unique, so we begin our program with an individual assessment. We create a detailed development profile that includes evaluation of technical skills, assessment of physical attributes and examination of mental readiness.

Through our connections we provide opportunities for players to showcase their skills at tryouts, team selections and draft events. We actively seek out the environments where the player can flourish best.

Through our relationships with foreign ice hockey academies and specialised sports schools, we help find and secure the right placement - supporting the player and family throughout the entire process.
