SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

Technical ice training

Skill and skating technique

Acceleration, balance, puck handling and skating technique with modern drills.

Shooting training

Wrist shot, slap shot, shooting accuracy and reaction time development.

Off-puck play

Targeted drills to sharpen movement coordination, motor skills and overall physical conditioning.

DRY-LAND TRAINING

Strength work beyond the ice

A player's physical development doesn't stop at the rink. Our dry-land sessions focus on strength training, endurance, and overall physical conditioning - building the athletic foundation that directly translates to better on-ice performance.

Through targeted strength and functional movement work, we develop the whole body in balance, helping players carry the demands of long seasons and perform at their best when it counts most.

GOALIE TRAINING

Specialist training for goalies

The goaltender position requires a completely different approach to development. Our dedicated goalie sessions cover reflex training, angle play and positioning, movement patterns, reading play and mental preparation - all led by a specialist who knows the position from the inside.

Whether you're just starting out or already competing at a high level, our goalie programme adapts to your current ability. Sessions are structured, focused, and individually tailored - because every goalkeeper develops differently.
